  Our 30th wedding anniversary, we wanted to celebrate in Cook Islands with our friends.We are owed money back from one of the Safari Tour that cancelled our tour without telling us (due to arrival of a cruise ship) back in 4th of November. Hello world tours (not knowing at the time of booking whole seller was Viva holidays) can't help us. Because our tour was booked through Hello wold.Bottom line is I have to keep chasing Hello world to chase Viva Holidays ( she say she does but there is a question mark) to chase Safari Tour company to get our money back .It's been 1 full month and still nothing.Why there is ALWAYS someone to talk to when we want to purchase but no one around or return our calls if we ask for refund that is not our fault?
  We will get down to bottom of it but Hello World and Viva Holidays: if this is your customer service,I hope your potential customers read this and look for other travel agent options then these two companies.
