  Run away of this real estate.
  I’ve lived in their apartment for nearly 5 years. Every time that any repair had to be done, they used to take at least 3-4 months to get it done. 6 months prior the end of my lease, I’ve requested several times to get the unit painted because of time degradation and the answer was: “the owner won’t paint the unit while you’re living here due to high costs”. At the end of my contract, end of lease cleaning were conducted and the real estate wasn’t happy with the result of it, they first were happy to us re attend the unit and then less than 12 hours after telling us to organise the keys, they told us that we couldn’t go back to fix any of the requested items and then a list of things and prices were sent to us. they were charging from our bond without giving us the opportunity to quote elsewhere or even trying to fix ourselves. They claimed my entire bond without being reasonable and being very contradictory with their words.

  The Best Real Estate Agents!
  It has been a great blessing to have Perly and Szilvia as real estate agents in the past 2 years. They’re very professional, possess warmly approach to tenants and respond very quickly and positively to all concerns. They offer excellent standard in property quality and services. From the perspective of my family experience, PM Realty offer the best support we’ve ever had as tenants.   ⛔️Do not rent with these people. They rent the house to you and when their contract ends, the agent in charge of inspecting the house meticulously searches for things in the house, to deduct money from your bond, they also want to charge you for things that were already damaged before, without caring about the sacrifice that is paying rent in Australia. We received the house not perfect condition and we did not say anything. I was in charge of taking care of the property and they deducted $1600 from my bond. Please consider it well before signing your contract with these people.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is criminal; they are the worst real estate agency in the area which are constantly marking up prices to keep the market inflated to fill their greedy pockets. They increased the rent by nearly 48% after 12months of moving in and didn’t fully return the bond for imperfections that already existed prior to moving in. The houses and appartments they manage are severely overpriced and they know this but their goal is to entrap victims and steal your bond if you speak out against them. If you find yourself in this situation please report them to the fair trading ombudsman immediately along with the thousands of others who already have open cases.

  We’ve been dealing with PMrealty ever since we come to Australia. Szilvia, Perly and all their team have been nothing but helpful to us throughout. Moving into our second apartment with them next weekend and cannot thank them enough for being so professional and efficient when it comes to leasing in Sydney. Would highly recommend to anyone
