  Left my car the for 5 days whilst enjoying a glorious overdue break with my wife. On return my car was presented to me dented, scratched and an unlocked glove box which i had locked before we left. The email we received from them stated "Undercover secure parking!"
  legalities are proceeding. Beware and be mindful upon leaving your car here. As they say "Enter at own risk!"

  THEIR SHUTTLEBUS WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND NO ACTIONS OF CARE FOR ITS PASSENGERS WERE TAKEN. We have used this service for around 3-4 times and had no bad experiences until last night. We (a few different groups, total 8 people) got picked up by their shuttle bus to bring us to where our cars were parked. The shuttle bus rear ended another car at a busy intersection ( don't know whose fault it was, not blaming the driver) and there was a significant amount of impact where the passengers would be significant moved around and it caused a few minor injuries for some us. Including a little kid of 8.
  CRASHES CAN HAPPEN, and this is NOT the problem. But the way this situation was handled was BAD. We had to walk from the incident to the car park. Once arrived, the manager (lady) from the company just pointed out where our car was. Without an 'ARE YOU OK' after the accident? A compromise or a worry about the passengers. She just moved on like nothing serious has happened, which bothers me, because today my partner has pain in his back AND a painful wound on his right leg. This is not what we paid for.
  Maybe it happens quite often hence their casual attitude towards the incident, but car crashes are not normal for most of us.
