- John Brock Added November 26, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased some racking recently price fair but [credit card surcharge really sucks] How do they get away with this? Anyway after all we needed more and wanted to order some, We were told they would call us back because they were to busy to take our order. After a while we called them back to order pallet racking and were SCREAMED AT by a female Quote ' I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL YOU BACK' and slammed phone down on us. 5 mins later another female called to take order- naturally we declined.
- Mike Smith Added October 23, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★We needed some pallet racking in our warehouse and Maloufs were recommended to us. I made a request for a quote and received it the following morning. Good price including delivery and installation. There was a 1 day delay as a bigger job had taken a bit longer than expected - it happens.
They ended up coming earlier than advised and installed with no fuss.
I can't believe the number of bad reviews here are genuine - we got good second hand racking (it's for pallets - who cares?) Thanks to Josh, Misha and Tucker...the racking helped us fit an extra container space into our warehouse!
