  We booked a car with two baby seats, but didn't get written confirmation of the seats at all. I asked about them several times over the phone, to be safe. It was only then once I arrived to pick up the car (with wife and kids waiting at the hotel for what should have been a quick turnaround) that they told me that they could provide the car seats, but couldn't install them, for liability reasons. When they handed over the car, I found that they had half-installed one seat, and incorrectly installed the other. I then had to remove both so that I could install them properly. I also had to hassle them and wait for ages before I could get the missing pieces required to actually install the seats correctly. Not only that, they tried to tell me not to bother, as if my kids' safety wasn't that important, or at least not important enough for them to be bothered looking in the draw under the desk for the missing clips. Just bad people. Not worth the small cost saving for going with this half-baked operation.
