  Will never never rent from this company, paid for my son's rental at the end of the contract to help him out and they stung me with a near $500.00 extra which will not be returned to me up to 90 days and they said if it doesn't I will have to go through the bank for fraudulent transaction, they stated this is normal for Budget, when you rent a car.Funny that my son paid in cash $500.00 which was returned to him when the car was returned and the transaction from my account was 10 days later!! When I rung to explain what had happened they hung up on me cause I was not listening to them!! well they stung the wrong person cause I will be going down the fraulent track now for sure.DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET. Got another car recently from Avis and guess what no bond needed hmmmm BUDGET you need to sort your business out.
