I went in with a problem around some kit that I had not purchased from them,however,they still took the time to help me with a solution.
They did not try and sell me more gear they suggested a tweak that did not cost very much and offered to refund the cost if it didn't work.
My system is absolutely humming now.
Thanks to Nick and his staff.
Unusual these days to find this sort of service.
