Difficult to contact - when calling must to wait 10 minutes or long, after submitting question via web, must to wait 4 days or longer. Even after receiving information, their can be very different, opposite, contradictory. Difficult to find clear information on basic problem. I'm stocked waiting for reliable answer for weeks on simple question about baggage allowance.
