- Sazzed-al- Rashid Added March 18, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆So,how hard it is to read the docket and follow the instructions.Before I placed the order,I have asked the order taking person to make sure that they can use a fresh cutter to cut my pizza.once she confirmed me that it's possible,I put my order and when it came out the cook just cut it with the normal cutter he has been using for all other pizza even after he read the docket with the instructions on it. I would give them a 1 star if they didn't make me the pizza again. I just wanted to know,why do you waste your time and my time to get a bad review when the pizza tested good. I wouldn't waste my time writing a big review if didn't want you guys to do well. I also work in the same industry as a sous chef in a busy restaurant,so I know that it's possible to respect your customer and follow the instructions even under pressure on a busy service.
