    Bad car hire experience - the phone number never works and you can't contact any staff. I need to call the avis head quarter line to contact them but still in vain. We took the car at 1230 pm but was asked to return the car at 930 am the next day. (Not giving us the full 24 hours rental). Gate closes at 450 pm not 5 pm just be aware and the stuff is not willing to wait for the drop off of the car beyond 450pm. Overall a bad car hire experience.

    I don’t usually rate places and leave comments but THIS IS THE WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW. We rented a car 2 years ago and as that was just my second time renting a car, I was barely depending on what the rental guy was saying. I know a little bit about cars and so I am careful. We even availed the NO EXCESS INSURANCE! I have read all the agreements and what was written on the papers with car’s details on them. I swear to God, there was nothing there that stated which petrol to put on the car and so I asked! I asked the rental guy if it was Diesel, he said YES! And before we even left the area I asked him AGAIN if the car was diesel, he said YES the second time! Mind you, when I rented a car on other place, I didnt even had to ask, they straight up told me what to put in the car. I don’t think you should even assume people renting cars know it. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY’RE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS. It’s very upsetting that I explained it hundred times and all they can reply to me was “our staff would never say that”. BUT HE DID??!! And now we have to pay. Ridiculous! They cannot even explain it in a good way! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am really mad. You did not even talk to us and just put the case under a third party collector! DO NOT GO HERE!
